We do also have our own personal training studio just across Chelsea Bridge in Victoria. The studio is fully equipped with everything any personal trainer would need to deliver a brilliant session. Use of the training studio bears no extra cost for you and the added benefit is that you get to relax in the complimentary sauna and steam room after your exercise.
Battersea Personal Trainer’s top fitness tip: ‘Pagoda runs!’ Try this tough workout based around the famous Pagoda (temple) in Battersea Park – Try Jogging around the Pagoda, then each time you reach a set of stairs run up and perform 10 star jumps at the top, run back down and continue jogging until the next set of stairs – see if you can keep this going for 5 minutes flat out! Trust me it’s tougher than it sounds!
