5 Reasons I Love Intermittent Fasting

At any given time 50% of the clients I work with are practising intermittent fasting. Since I first adopted Intermittent fasting as a lifestyle choice a year ago I now offer it as an option for anyone that is embarking on a body transformation program with myself or a member of my personal training team.

I didn’t come to advocate such a radical system lightly. I used an 8 hour eating period followed by a daily 16 hour fast for 6 months straight to experience not just the benefits but also any potential downside to the regime.

I was able to loose fat as fast as I ever have been able to in the initial 6 weeks, following that I have been able to stay under 10% bodyfat for 11 months straight with little or no actual ‘dieting’ or restriction of calories. Read Full Post »

The summer season is only a few months away, and we all know what that means – it’s time to work on our beach bodies! 2012 Year End Update

It’s been a great year for Project Fitness and everyone we’ve guided to the achievement of their goals!

Things have become so busy with me that I’m no longer able to travel to deliver sessions so now only deliver training sessions at my studio in Victoria. In response to the overwhelming demand, I’ve sought out some of London’s very finest personal trainers to join the team.

There are 4 new additions to Project Fitness that will whirl into action in 2013. The new teams achievements range from international sports honours (including a 2012 Olympian in Lauren Penny of South Africa!) fitness modelling and amazing track records with their individual clients bases. You can find out more about the expanding Project Fitness team here

Project Fitness will now also extend to East London and the City. Which means that no matter where you are in our great capital Project Fitness can serve you with professional personal training services.

In early 2013 I’ll also launch my personal development resource, from which my services will extend to personal life coaching.
